Regional Fundraising Officer – East of England ( Lincs, Yorks, Norfolk)

Regional Fundraising Officer – East of England ( Lincs, Yorks, Norfolk)

Home Based preferably in Lincolnshire – Full time – salary range £18 – £25 K
Initially 12 month fixed term contract renewable annually subject to funding.

The Jon Egging Trust was founded in 2012 in memory of Red Arrows pilot Flight Lieutenant Jon Egging to realise his dream of inspiring young people to achieve a brighter future. Jon tragically lost his life on 20th of August 2011 whilst completing a Red Arrows display at the Bournemouth Air Festival.
The Trust delivers two key youth programmes; Blue Skies and Inspirational Outreach.

Blue Skies is an accredited programme which creates partnerships and develops teamwork and leadership opportunities with military and civilian organisations linked to aviation, engineering and science to support vulnerable young people aged 12-16 to achieve their full potential. Blue Skies is an intensive programme working with young people for four months a year over three years, and culminates with a work experience placement for each student.

Our Inspirational Outreach programme provides targeted interventions from aged 10, according to the needs identified by schools. Sessions are delivered by Inspirational Mentors supported by JET employees who recruit, train, coordinate and support these volunteers to deliver bespoke support packages to schools.

The Trust currently operates in five regions: Lincolnshire, Yorkshire, Dorset/Wiltshire, Norfolk and North Wales. We are looking to recruit Regional Fundraising Officer (home-based) to cover the areas of Lincolnshire, Norfolk and Yorkshire to support our work helping young people move forward in their lives.
